We established our company after working 20+ years for local companies in the construction field. In all that time we saw an industry that was frankly based more on profit than people, where the skill of the worker was not appreciated as much as the sales process. Yet we felt that the success of the project from the home owner's point of view has mostly to do with the quality of the finished project, and this hinges greatly on the skills of those performing the actual field work. We established our company with these priorities in mind.
